Gracious Thoughts

Hello Dear Reader, Welcome back to Gracious Thoughts! Did you miss me? I hope you’re doing well:) Last Friday was Valentine’s Day, a day meant for celebrating love.  I like Valentine’s mainly because two of my favorite colors are everywhere— pink and red.  So cute! Other than that, I don’t get too crazy about it; I prefer not to go out because I am not fond of crowds, so we normally go for a drive-in movie or stay in.  It also serves as a social media off-day for me because I prefer to opt-out of a feed full of…endearment.  How did you spend yours?   Dearest reader near or far, Welcome to Gracious Thoughts!! I am Grace and I am currently a student at California State University, Northridge, where I plan to graduate at the end of this term.  As I write this, it is still week one of the semester, which has had a hostile start following the initial fires throughout the Los Angeles area and furthered by the Hughes fire in Castaic and high winds through the week. If you are reading around this time, I pray that you are safe and well (or whenever really;)). Allow me to introduce myself to you a bit more before we dive into the topic of today’s post.
